  • ‚ÄčThere are very few things I do to keep me motivated, especially at times like these when I'm not.



    1. T Hill Fit - he's always positive, but not in a cheesy way, he works around my batsh*t crazy schedule, and when I buckle down for a photoshoot, I always see results... fitness AND nutrition. Hit him on instagram because he customizes workout/healthy living packages. [I AM NOT ENDORSED by him, by the way, even though a lot of my posts are]

    2. I read. I close the laptop, and I read. An article by my fav authors on Medium, a few blogs, the books I have on my iPhone, the stacks I have in my gym back, or... I read my old work. I know this sounds ridiculous... (and narcissistic) but I was reading this old stuff I wrote the other day, and I was like hmm... I need to go back to where I was then, get inspired again. Open up your old journals and have at 'em! 



    3. I force myself to a smoothie and tea. The comfort foods are good, and I do splurge often on those, but it really changes my thoughts (since everything starts in the head first) when I know I just poured myself a healthy smoothie and had a hot from Traditional Medicinals. They even have tea to help you feel better when you're under the weather. Which, by the way if you're wondering, I've been sick the last few days so if you're waiting on a response or something... I'm getting to it. As a new friend told me the other day "sit tight."
